- Payment Data: Billing name, address, and payment method (processed via Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
- Usage Data: Interactions with the platform, features used, and browsing activity
- Content Metadata: Tags, video descriptions, topics, and settings used to generate video content (we do not store user-generated video files unless needed for support or testing with your permission)
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
- Support Data: Email communications and inquiries
We do not knowingly collect data from children under age 13.

- Adequacy decisions for recognised countries
- Contractual agreements requiring our service providers to protect data according to applicable privacy laws
DigitalOcean does not process or access user personal data on our behalf — they provide hosting infrastructure only.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Third-party providers: Including DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (payments), and AI service providers (OpenAI, Claude, Tube Chef, Flux)
- Legal authorities: When required to comply with law or protect rights

All vendors are contractually bound to use your data only as needed and to maintain its security.

9. AI Processing and User Data
Vidstory uses artificial intelligence services to assist in video creation. The inputs you provide (such as topic, text prompts, or voice preferences) may be temporarily processed by third-party AI tools, but are not used to train those models. We do not allow any service to use identifiable user content for ongoing AI training unless explicitly stated and approved.
10. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, APPI)
You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to certain uses
- Withdraw consent at any time
